We can remove years of built up dirt and soils and apply a new coat that will leave you floor looking incredible. And, we can do all this without sanding and major disruption to you daily routine.

You don’t need to leave your home at all during our wood floor cleaning process. If you are having the floor refinished, you will need to follow these rules as the finish sets:
1. During the First Two Hours: Do not walk on the floors at all. 

2. During the First Twenty-Four Hours: Keep traffic to a minimum and wear socks when walking on the floor. Do not allow pets onto the floor. 

3. After Twenty-Four Hours: Furniture and rugs may be moved back, but you should put felt pads on the underside of all furniture.

Because of our professional cleaning and neutralising we perform as part of our initial step, it sets the floor up perfectly so the finish (either matt or gloss) will adhere to your floor for many years to come.

Unlike regular mopping (either via wet or steam mops) that doesn’t remove the dirt and soils that are embedded deep into the woods pores, our process starts with a industrial HEPA vacuum, then we mechanically scrub an alkaline cleaning detergent across the floor to lift any of the deeply embedded soils. We then pick up the now solubilised soils and then mechanically massage a neutral cleaner to return the floor to its initial natural look.

We understand that plans change, and if you wish to cancel prior to receiving our appointment confirmation via SMS or email you are free to do so. If however we have allocated your appointment and confirmed via SMS or email, we will charge a cancellation fee of $ 65.00. Maintenance Coat
After we deep clean your floor and dry it, then we’ll coat your floors with our ‘Maintenance Coat’ solution. Our fast drying Maintenance Coat will leave your floors with a uniform, overall sheen.

Poly Coat
Our durable, quick-dry Poly Coat will provide a protective layer to your floors. After our deep cleaning process, we will coat your floor with an even layer of our Poly Coat solution, which will create a protective barrier against water and chemical damage. This will also help your hardwood resist scratching and scuffing; it will leave your floor with a consistent shine.

Our cleaning system can be used on any type of hardwood, engineered wood floor and vinyl tiles. However, we will only recommend refinishing/coating to floors after we have inspected them, as some floors can have a finish that is baked into it the surface, and putting a topcoat on these might not be recommended.
