Will I be charged a cancellation fee if I cancel by booking?

We understand that plans change, and if you wish to cancel prior to receiving our appointment confirmation via SMS or email you are free to do so. If however we have allocated your appointment and confirmed via SMS or email, we will charge a cancellation fee of $ 65.00. You are more than welcome to reschedule once with being charged a cancellation fee providing it is more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Do all staff receive on going training and development?

All Beyond Clean Group cleaning staff have received and continue to receive both external, in-house and on-site training in all areas needed to carry out their given duties. Every one of our staff is trained by a technical cleaning college called Jena Dyco International in a variety of disciplines to IICRC standards. We operate in an unregulated industry, so approximately 90% of “professional” (and we use that term loosely) cleaners have never been trained or scrutinised to make sure they are cleaning to both national and international standards, or that they even understand the fundamentals. This training doesn’t come cheap and costs us thousands of dollars per staff member. However, it is one of the factors that separate professionals from unprofessional businesses.

How do we pay you?

Our preapproved VIP Commercial customers are given 30 days from invoice date to make payment.

Can I combine different services?

Of coarse! We are always happy to merge any of our existing services into your cleaning proposal and schedule. We do this because you and your needs are our top priority; anything we can do to maximise our time and your budget is a plus for the both of us.

You mention your IICRC certifications. What is the IICRC and why should I care?

The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) has served as the industry sentinel for the cleaning, inspection and restoration service industries for more than 30 years. The IICRC helps ensure that you have access to trusted and trained cleaning professionals by establishing and monitoring certification programs and standards for these industries.

To qualify for IICRC-Certified Firm status businesses must demonstrate proof of insurance, maintain a written customer complaint policy with documented follow-up and provide ongoing education and training leading to certification for all technicians. IICRC Certified Firms are also required to abide by the IICRC Code of Ethics.

Regular professional cleaning using a IICRC trained technician is as important as having a trained mechanic perform routine tune-ups on your car. In an unregulated industry, using a company that has all of its staff trained to IICRC standards is the BEST level of insurance you could choose when selecting a cleaning professional to enter your business premises to clean, all the while giving you peace of mind.

Will we always have the same cleaners on site?

We always try to organize the same staff on each site as a way to maintain continuity and efficiency. This also gives our clients the security of knowing that the same high standard of work will be continually.

Do you charge for an estimate or a quote?

No, we do not charge for an estimate. Based on the answers we receive from you from questions we have asked, we are more than willing to give you an obligation free estimate over the phone, and will confirm a quote after we have inspected the site personally prior to preceding. All jobs are quoted according to the task, and how often we are needed to perform it. Variations such as materials and equipment are also taken into account when calculating the final cost. After we have measured the areas to be serviced, THERE IS NO HIDDEN FEES OR CHARGES. The price we quote is the price you pay!

How do you ensure our office/building is safe?

Since commercial cleaning normally takes place outside of regular business hours, we are very well versed with a variety of security systems and protocols. We keep your key on our own tag with no reference to your building address. We don’t need extra staff or security to be employed whilst we are cleaning.

Do you supply everything required?

Absolutely! We supply all the equipment, materials and labour required to carry out the agreed task to the highest possible standard.

Can we contact you outside office hours in case of an emergency?

Every Beyond Clean Group VIP Commercial client will receive an emergency phone number with for the manager that is overseeing your site. This way we can help you with any emergencies that may arise 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
